Brazilian gain handler Lider Armazens Gerais acquired by Sodrugestvo

Brasilian grain handler, Lider Armazens Gerais was acquired by Russian agro-industrial group Sodrugestvo. This acquition of Lider allows us to increase our static storage capacity from 600,000 tons to 900,000 tons said Sodrugestvo. Lider also owns and operates two transhipment terminals in Minas Gerais and Tocantins. Sodrugestvo was advised by Machado Meyer for the transaction.
