International exchange of knowledge in the Milling Family

300 delegates at last years symposium

The flour improvement specialist Mühlenchemie will be holding its Fourth International Symposium in Hamburg on September 8-9, 2011. Under the motto “Future of Flour”, millers, research scientists and representatives of the milling industry from all parts of the world will exchange information on their latest findings in the field of flour processing, flour improvement and flour fortification and discuss possible new applications.

During this two day event 28 internationally renowned speakers from 18 countries will hold papers on the leading topics “The Future of Wheat”, “Emerging Asian Wheat Producers”, “Milling”, “Flour Fortification”, “Science & Technology”, “Baking” and “Ingredients”.
