Tote bags from Ufrac-UK saves £10 per ton

Ufrac-UK say using the tote bag will save farmers £10 (US$16.251) per ton on supplements delivered. The British manufacturer have invested over £90,000 (US$146,258.94) on handling equipment at their woolfox mill near Oakham, Rutland.

Managing Director of Ufrac-UK Robert James said “The tote bags make life easier for larger farmers as all handling is mechanical and can be streamlined, apart from the financial saving at a time of high feed prices, bulk handling avoids the laborious job of opening 50 individual 25 kg packs and disposing of their packaging.” Read more ...
