Thailand's largest agricultural conglomerate plans expansion in Vietnam

CP one of the largest agricultural conglomerate in Thailand is looking to expand its operations at present its has five plants, but by 2014 they want to have 10 plants, says Jittisart Jittiloet Sakulchai, the general manager of CP Vietnam Livestock Corporation. "The goal is to have plants in each area of the country," he says. This will allow the company to access raw materials and customers in remote locations more efficiently, reducing transport costs".
