CHS expands South American presence

Framer-owned US cooperative, CHS Inc. has extended its South American presence by buying a 25 percent stake in Brazilian logistics company TCN.
The move is to capitalise on the growing demand for soybeans and corn in developing economies.

In addition to the ownership investment, CHS also signed a long-term agreement with TCN, securing export terminal access at the Port of Itaqui, Sao Luis, Brazil.
