Event: IDMA

The eyes of the world milling sector are on International Flour, Semolina, Rice, Corn, Bulgur, Feed Milling Machines and Legumes, Pasta, Biscuit Technologies Fair IDMA to be held on April 4-7, 2013 in Istanbul, Turkey. The biggest brands of world milling machines sector are preparing themselves to exhibit their latest developments in this fair.

World milling sector being in the first place, all representatives of cereals and legumes sector are counting the days for IDMA, the most important international meeting point of the sector, which is held in Istanbul once in every two years.
World milling sector representatives wishing to direct their investments and see the latest technologies of more than 270 brands have already started to plan their visits.

The heart of the milling sector will beat in Istanbul once again 
IDMA 2013 Fair to be prepared in three halls 21,000 sqm in total offers special opportunities to all sector representatives from participants to the visitors. Participants who will represent their latest developments by opening a fair booth in the fairground will have the opportunity to meet with the thousands of professional visitors from 120 countries and increase their shares in the global market with new cooperation.
On the other hand, Professional visitors comprising of world flour, semolina, rice, corn millers and investors and pasta, biscuit and feed manufacturers will direct their investments with the opportunity of seeing the latest technologies developed by leading brands of the sector in IDMA 2013.
Milling training
Within the scope of IDMA 2013, a 14-hour 'Certified Milling Training Program' will be arranged for the representatives of milling sector who will visit the fair. In the trainings to be given by the experts of the sector; 'Raw Material Supply in Milling', 'Storage of Raw Materials', 'Mill Technology and Grinding', 'Performance in Milling', 'Energy Savings in Milling', 'Flour Quality, Quality Control and Flour Additives', 'Wheat and Flour Logistics in Foreign Trade' and 'Flour Plant Investment, Investment Feasibility and Management' subjects will be discussed.
Visitors working in a flour plant (mill) or milling technologies manufacturing industry can attend to the trainings which will be in Turkish and English.

Rice, legumes, bulgur and pasta
Within the scope of IDMA 2013 aiming to meet the needs of all parties in cereals and legumes sectors with its activities; 4 different seminars will also be held for rice, legumes, and bulgur and pasta groups. From product supply to trade, processing technologies to investment and production costs, many subjects will be discussed in the seminars, and expert company representatives and managers of leader non-governmental organisations in the sector will make several presentations. The seminars will be held in Turkish and English unlike the previous year.

What will visitors find at IDMA?
