For over 60 years, the Association of Cereal Research - in
cooperation with the Max Rubner Institute, Detmold, Germany - has organised the
convention of milling technology. This conference is intended to provide
new insights and focuses on current topics of the milling industry.
The presentations will be simultaneously translated into English, therefore, in addition to German, foreign participants are welcome to attend the event.
