Cassava is steadily taking the agriculture world by storm as a result of a deficit in global carbohydrate commodities and an ever-increasing population. 

Although the second most consumed source of carbohydrate in sub-Saharan Africa, Cassava's industrial potential has been largely unexploited.

Organised by the Centre for Management Technology (CMT), Cassava World Africa will focus on the production and processing of this heavily sought after commodity.
