Yesterday, the North Dakota Public Service Commission, USA backed
payment of claims totaling just over $1 million in a grain buyer insolvency case involving Minnesota-based grain buyer Mitchell Feeds, Inc.
The commission unanimously recommended payment to 25 claimants.
