Lake, IL in the US kicked off a new programme this month
called Refer-a-Friend. The program will incentivise word-of-mouth
referrals by paying a US$500 cash reward directly to the referring
customer when a grain dryer is purchased as a result.
According to Jeremy Kemp, Sales & Marketing Manager, M-C has always had a loyal customer base with many of their satisfied customers freely sharing their positive experiences, which can be read on the M-C website.
“With the Refer-a-Friend program, we see an opportunity to generate additional word-of-mouth referrals by taking it a step further by rewarding our customers when that referral turns into a new M-C grain dryer sale, says Kemp.”

Any current owner of an M-C grain dryer is eligible. A simple form needs to be completed and submitted by the referring customer at the time of order.
