29/10/2015: US Wheat Associates: 2015 Crop Quality Seminars

Each fall after harvest, US Wheat Associates (USW) presents wheat crop quality information to buyers, millers and other industry professionals around the world in its annual crop quality seminars. Sharing quality data with complete transparency is critical for end-use customers and USW’s record of reporting is decades old. US wheat is the world’s most reliable supply because it provides information that customers need to get the best value possible.

USW’s crop quality seminars provide wheat buyers with the information needed to buy the type and quality of US wheat that best meets their individual requirements. Seminar topics include milling and baking characteristics of the new US crop along with the world wheat supply and demand situation. The seminar will take about two to three hours and will be followed by an informal luncheon / reception function.
