The proteins industry is booming with soaring consumer demand and a wealth of new products and innovations changing the way that people think about and consume protein.

The new Bridge2Food Protein Awards are designed to showcase the disruptors shaking up the industry and celebrate the entrepreneurs and organisations creating new ingredients, categories and products driving growth and innovation.

Judge, Dr Volker Heinz, MD, (Germany) said: “Today’s innovations in the protein industry will determine what and how we eat in 30 years. These awards are important because they bridge the gap between food science and practice.
