The CropScan 3000F is our latest NIT analyser that has been designed to provide flour millers with a single instrument to measure both whole grains of wheat as well as flour, semolina and meal. With a built in touch screen computer the CropScan 3000F automates the data handling and reporting functions required by today’s flour milling industry.

The most significant advance in the CropScan 3000F is that the rotating dish sampling system handles whole grains and powders quickly and accurately. Simply load a sample, scrape across and you are ready for analysis. Load the dish into the sample drawer and when prompted by the software insert the drawer.

Analysis time is typically 30-60 seconds. The rotating sample dish collects 10 sub scans and the software reports the average for protein and moisture in grains, and protein, moisture, ash, water absorption and starch damage in flour.

The built-in report function allows data to be retrieved from memory, tabulated and printed or sent to a central computer via Ethernet, wireless modem or serial cable.
