24/10/2017: Nutriad launches portfolio in Cambodia

Belgium headquartered Nutriad, a global leader in feed additive solutions for livestock and aquaculture, announced the introduction of its portfolio into the Cambodian market

During a well-attended seminar in Phnom Penh Nutriad, and its local distribution partner FLS, presented research and novel products to a group of industry professionals.

Cambodia is a low-income country with a population of 16 million. The economy was centrally planned from the early 1980’s until 1991. Economic reforms were initiated as early as 1985 and since 1992 the country has made significant progress toward a market economy, including liberalisation of domestic markets and privatisation of state ow
ned companies.

Having shown strong economic growth in recent years, emerging economy Cambodia holds great potential for further development of the agricultural industry.

BK Chew, APAC Director Nutriad, commented,“Nutriad has a presence in all Asia Pacific countries, Cambodia being the final step of our full geographical coverage in the region. At our “Helping Nutrition Happen” seminar we launched 7 products across our Palatability, Digestive Performance and Mycotoxin Management platforms. Working in partnership with FLS, we are excited to bring practical solutions and knowledge for animal nutrition and health to the Cambodian industry, that will support producers in improving efficiency of their operations.”

Mr Ab Greven, Palatability Manager APAC, added, “The seminar provided an excellent platform for Nutriad to show the latest scientific findings of our feed flavor range, particularly on KRAVE and Delistart K-link. The feedback from attendees was very positive, which further confirmed our commtiment to introduce our portfolio in Cambodia.”
