"Wheat, flour and..." will take place this weekend, 14-15th September at the Ocrim headquarters in Cremona, Italy. A lot of path has been made since that day when it was decided to organize the first edition, held in 2011. A company event born on the sly, which, gradually and without foreseeing it, has become a real trademark.
This year Ocrim have promised to share together moments related to their work and yours, but also convivial situations, seen as fundamental elements through which they show you the traditions and culture of their territory.
Topics have been selected of great current interest and these will be communicated through an alternative and innovative language, as well as a technical and academic one. The entire program has been carefully studied with the aim of enriching your intellectual, cultural and professional background.
