AMD
MACHINERY started production in 1985 as a manufacturer and repairer of machine parts.
In 2005, it started production of Rolls, and in the same year the R&D
department was activated. It has been operating in its new factory built in
2015 and has been started to focus on export activities since then.
It has become a preferred company in the sector both in Turkey and in the world with AMD ROLLS brand in Turkey and AMD Rolls in abroad, AMD MACHINERY continues its Roll casting, machining, sandblasting, repair and Roll gear production activities in its newly established plant in Sakarya having a total area of 16,000m2, including 2,500m2 closed area with its high-tech machinery park and 38 expert personnel. In addition, it continues its activities in Istanbul office and produces high quality rolls to put on both the domestic and foreign markets.
AMD MAKİNA is of an annual 11,700 roll casting and processing capacity in its plant holding an ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System, an ISO 10001: 2007 Customer Relationship Management System and an ISO 18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety System certificates.
R & D department is working ceaselessly to develop new technologies and new products. Thanks to this, it makes production in accordance with the customized requirements of the customers. AMD ROLLS have become a brand preferred by many customers in domestic and in foreign countries with their high quality and durable products, the most reasonable prices and delivery principle in very short time.
