Bastak instruments to host Falling Number webinar

In respect of COVID-19, Bastak instruments are following social distancing procedures, which means the usual face-to-face meetings have been postponed.

However, the flour and food sector continues to work at full capacity, and BASTAK instruments goes on providing quality control instruments to flour mills, food companies, grain silos, and factories.

The aim of Bastak is to provide high quality products to flour and grain consumers. These days, having highly qualified and hygienic nutrition is crucial for people to maintain a strong immune system.

In order to support the industry Bastak instruments are organising online meetings in the form of a webinar series. The program allows the opportunity for industry to ask their questions and learn more about Bastak's quality control products.

In recent weeks, Bastak instruments ran webinars on Absographs, Resistographs, Gluten Systems (Gluten washer, Gluten index, Dry Gluten), Laboratory sifters and moisture meters.

The subject for the next webinar will be on important instruments and tests for the flour and grain sector, the Alpha Amylase Enzyme mete, also known as Falling Number.

Information will be shared about falling number and fungal falling number test and instruments.
