"Seeing such a high level of motivation among our Satake colleagues is very encouraging. I personally get a huge dose of inspiration from achievements of our colleagues overseas. Satake's Excellent Employee Award winners are the real faces of our company's commitment to innovation and constant self-improvement. They push the boundaries of what is possible through hard work and genuine team spirit", says Kazuyuki Kihara, Vice-Chairperson of the Satake Group.

The lead of the Grand Prize recipient team, Wanich Thongsanga, general manager leading both the Service and Quality Inspection Departments of Satake Thailand comments, "We spent almost 6 months in Indonesia for a plant installation and commissioning. Furthermore, we conducted advanced training for our colleagues in the country to ensure our customers will continue to receive the latest technological support from Satake. Although we sometimes had difficulties adapting to the different environment from Thailand, especially under the uncertain situation of the COVID pandemic, we were able to successfully carry out and complete the important tasks with both teamwork and full support from global Satake offices."

The Satake Excellent Employee Award was established in 2019 and is awarded annually to its global employees who exhibit outstanding performance and contribution.
