Following the spin-off of their Italian office and partner, PETKUS will expand their seed and grain turnkey solution business under new leadership of Dr Ing. Felix Bosse, a German expert of plant engineering.
'Reliable & professional project management shall be key of my leadership', says Dr Bosse, as recently demonstrated with new plants in Central Europe, Russia and in Ukraine.
PETKUS CEO Mark Scholze and CFO Henning Hoeppner run the activities in the traditional Wutha-Farnroda headquarter, where all products are being made in Germany, while also overseeing the sales-network of 17 global PETKUS offices.
CIO Dr Khaled Read will take-over the lead of the new PETKUS MENA office in Dubai, while remaining to oversee the continuation of the successful PETKUS Innovation program, the further growth of the optical technology specialist Röber Institute and the fine seed technology company PETKUS Selecta in the Netherlands.
Silo manufacturer Simeza will remain a 50 percent shareholder.
