Andritz to take part in the upcoming Build my Feed Mill conference

ANDRITZ Feed and Biofuel is one of the world's leading suppliers of technology and services for the animal feed, aqua feed, pet food, and biofuel industries.

ANDRITZ offers an extensive line of equipment and complete plant solutions for the production of high-quality feed and biomass products. From brown or greenfield site projects to upgrades at existing facilities, your exact specifications will be met at the lowest possible total cost of ownership by leveraging their extensive processing expertise and experience.

ANDRITZ will be showing their 3-rolls Automatic Roller Adjustment, presented by Anders Lydom

  • For animal feed producers, ANDRITZ introduced its 3-Rolls Assembly Upgrade for the Paladin 2000, an automatic roller adjustment system that provides flexibility towards larger ranges of raw material in recipes by adjustable spacing between the die and the rolls.  This enables producers to set the perfect distance for different recipes with one single die configuration.  Avoiding die change and increasing up-time, while pellet quality, capacity and power utilization will all improve.

ANDRITZ will also be showing their Metris Vibe, presented by Faisal Baig

  • Metris Vibe is a wireless vibration and temperature sensor that can monitor the health status of mechanical equipment regardless of manufacturer. Durable and wireless, the sensors work in all rough environments and deliver lower operational costs through reduced maintenance due to its predictive capabilities, increased uptime, higher production reliability and improved safety.

Build my Feed Mill is set to take place September 9th, 2022, in the Phoenix 1 room, Impact, Bangkok, Thailand. It aims to raise awareness that there are too few feedmills in low-economic and developing countries that are fit for purpose. The technological debt means that there is little chance of some countries reaching the international average for feed production of 133.6kg/per capita.

During the Build my Feed Mill Conference, companies are given the chance to present 10-minute presentations about how their solutions assist feed mills in their everyday processes and practices.
