Antibiotic resistance is ancient

Scientist at McMasters University in Ontario has discovered that bacteria developing resistance to antibiotics is not new, about 100 years ago science was amazed at how quick antibiotic resistance was developed by bacteria. New findings shows that antibiotic resistance has been around at least 30,000 years, and it has been shown to be a natural development that predates the modern clinical antibiotic use. Read more ...
