DDGS antibiotic issues recognised by US ethanol maker

Poet the US ethanol manufacture says that it will alter its production process so that it can promote and sell certified antibiotic free dried distillers grain with solubles (DDGS). The company has spent years developing an ethanol production process that does not require antibiotics. “We had to ensure that any adjustments in our process didn’t compromise that reputation. After a few years of testing and development, we’ve found that the DDGS from the antibiotic-free process are of the highest quality.” Read more ...
