BCAP Program ready

The US Department of Agriculture farm services agency has announced the final rule for the biomass crop assistance program (BCAP) implementation is complete. BCAP is designed for the purpose of ensuring that large area’s of land is available for use as non-food, non feed biomass crops can be established in anticipation of future demand for renewable energy.
