AGI is a leading manufacturer of seed, fertiliser, grain, feed and food handling, blending, storage and conditioning equipment. Their brands are amongst the most recognised in global agriculture in both commercial and farm sectors. They have manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Brazil, South Africa and Italy, and distribute their products globally.
AGI is committed to finding the products that best suit their client’s needs, so they offer a wide variety of products. Their product catalogue includes augers, belt conveyors, and a range of grain equipment that will store, handle, ventilate, and dry your grain. Also offering feed, food and fertiliser handling and storage systems.
Portable Handling
AGI's divisions involved in portable grain handling systems are the largest producers of this type of equipment in the world. Together, Westfield, Wheatheart and Batco manufacture a full line of augers and belt conveyors. This equipment is available in a range of lengths for a wide variety of applications. In North America, using bins and portable augers for on-farm storage is, by far, the most common practice for handling grain.
Permanent Handling
For over 160 years, AGI’s commercial manufacturing divisions have provided handling equipment to farmers, grain elevators, processors and port facilities. AGI’s range of handling equipment starts at capacities as low as 5 mtph (200 bph) (as often required in the processing industry) and finishes with an industry leading 4,800 mtph (180,000 bph) used in very large port applications. They offer solutions to handle a complete range of bulk material handling needs with custom designed combinations of elevators, conveyors and reclaim un-loaders, supporting barge, ship, truck and rail logistics.
Storage & Conditioning
For nearly 40 years, Twister and Grain Guard have been leading manufacturers of flat-bottom and hopper-bottom bins in Canada, the Northern United States, Australia and other markets around the world. No company has more experience than Westeel in manufacturing grain storage systems for both commercial and on‐farm application than Westeel.
Westeel helped pioneer steel‐sided grain storage back in the 1920s and today, as one of North America’s largest producers of grain bins and tanks, Westeel continues to lead the industry in innovation, quality and product selection.
The primary purpose of aeration is the temperature control of grain while preventing spoilage, allowing high moisture grain to be stored safely until it is convenient to be dried – even well after harvest has been completed. Grain Guard and Keho aeration systems move a low volume of air through the crop, dissipating heat and preventing hot spots that cause spoilage.
AIRLANCO aeration systems are custom built and designed specifically for each application to provide optimal storage conditions, from farm storage to major terminals and more. Dependable, heavy-duty centrifugal fans are available from 3 hp to 100 hp and axial fans from ¾ hp to 10 hp to best fit your applications.
