Martin Schlauri of Bühler has been inducted into the Milling Hall of Fame (MHoF) on World Flour Day 2021. He has been recognised for his commitment to the advancement of flour milling and flour millers globally and for his dedication in supporting millers through training.

The MHoF has been set up by Milling and Grain to recognise outstanding contributions to milling by millers and those supporting millers in their lifetime. One or possibly two individuals will be inducted into the MHoF on World Flour Day (March 20) each year. The MHoF is located at the FlourWorld Museum in Wittenburg, Germany and can be visited, HERE
