Henry Simon’s new purifier receives Grapas 2022 Award

Henry Simon team is very happy to declare that their new purifier (HSPU) has been crowned with Grapas 2022 Award, thanks to its new features and technological innovations!

The award ceremony of Grapas was held on the 31th of May 2022 during VICTAM International 2022 exhibition in Utrecth - Netherlands, with the participation of Andrew Bourne from Henry Simon UK team.

The purifier was awarded for its leading innovations including Advanced Sensor Technology™, which presents higher reliability, better operational safety, and consistent quality together in the bran removal process.

After the Good Design Award in 2020 and German Innovation Award in 2021, the machine's success has been crowned for the third time with Grapas Award in 2022, as a proof of Henry Simon's leading innovations in grain milling industry.

About Henry Simon's new purifier
The new HSPU Purifier is developed in the collaboration of Henry Simon R&D team with Italdesign – one of the most famous industrial design offices worldwide.

The purifier is equipped with Advanced Sensor Technology™, which four different sensors are used to ensure safe and reliable bran removal process, and consistent performance. For example, the digital manometer sensor detects and warns about any fluctuation in the air pressure to  ensure proper air flow inside the machine, and an efficient separation accordingly.

The purifier presents an excellent operational transparency with a touchscreen control panel, being the first application example in industry. The control panel allows monitoring the operating data including amplitude, frequency, static air pressure, motor load ratio, etc. In addition, the maintenance software allows monitoring the status of consumable parts (rubber springs, LED light, vibro motors, etc.), as well as maintenance history, error log information, etc.
