This online course from the GEAPS/K-State Distance Education Program will help you understand different methods of quality control and management systems.
It will also cover grain-grading standards required to maintain quality and prevent potential problems.
GEAPS 520 is one of six courses required for both the Credential in Grain Operations Management and the Credential in Grain Processing Management.
