The IDMA exhibition, where the latest technology of wheat, flour and feed sectors will be exhibited, serves as a hub for investors and technology companies. The IDMA Exhibition focuses on International Flour, Feed, Semolina, Rice, Corn, Bulghur Milling Machinery & Pulse, Pasta, Biscuit Technologies.
Zübeyde Kavraz, General Manager of Parantez Group, the organiser of the exhibition, stated that IDMA will bring the world milling industry under one roof "Despite the current economic contraction, IDMA will delight both the participants and the visitors this year. IDMA will attract the attention of the global sector. Around 7,000 visitors came to the exhibition held in 2017 and we expect a better level of participation this year.'
IDMA to be held also in South America, Africa and Asia
Ms Kavraz said that exhibitors and visitors from different regions of the world have expressed their appreciation for the success of IDMA and that they are faced with the demands of extending the exhibitions to different regions of the world.
Going on to declare that Parantez Fair will begin organising additional exhibitions that will bring the sector together in South America, Africa and Asia.
"IDMA has so far played an important role in strengthening the brand awareness of firms serving in the milling sector, reaching new customers and diversifying their markets and establishing new export links. All sector stakeholders participating in IDMA; manufacturers, investors, engineers, academicians had the opportunity to meet under a roof to discuss the problems of the sector and to figure out the solutions. Our friends, who have seen these contributions, demanded that the exhibition to be organised in their own countries, too. Now I think it is time to respond to these demands. Counting on our experience in this sector, and our network that we have established with 85 thousand professionals and sector representatives across five continents, we decided to perform IDMA in Africa, Asia and South America," she said.
