The Association of Cereal Research organises in cooperation with the Department of Safety and Quality of Cereals - the Max Rubner-Institute (the former Federal Institute of Cereal Research) - the 72th Convention of Milling Technology and the harvest information from September 14th – 15th 2021 in Detmold.
The detailed program and a registration form in English will be sent out within the next days.. There will also be simultaneous translation of all lectures from German into English if necessary.

The convention will be held only on-site, there won't be a chance to take part online. Several exhibitors attending that sponsor the convention depend on 'live visitors' at the convention. However, a hygiene and safety concept is well prepared.
