The Lincoln Grain Exchange and the Board of Lincoln
Inspection Service announce the promotion of Ms Danae Podraza to president of
Lincoln Inspection Service, Inc., in the USA. In her new position, Podraza
assists the board of directors in establishing and revising long-range goals,
preparing yearly operating and financial budgets, supervising personnel and
perpetuating customer relations.
A native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Podraza got her first
taste of the grain business at the age of 12 by 'walking the beans' on her grandfather’s
farm in Worthing, South Dakota. She moved to Lincoln to attend the University
of Nebraska in 1991, joined the company in 1997 and continues to live in
Lincoln with her husband, Scott, and their daughter, CeCe.
Lincoln Inspection Service, Inc. is an officially designated
grain inspection and weighing service headquartered in Lincoln, with a full
service branch office located in Farwell, Texas. Lincoln Inspection Service,
Inc., provides services in accordance with the United States Grain Standards
Act and the Federal Grain Inspection Service regulations thereunder. The
agency’s designated service areas include Southeast Nebraska, Southwest Iowa,
Northwest Texas and Eastern New Mexico.
