The event attracted over 200 invited guests who participated in a one-day conference which focused on how machinery developments can impact the nutritional value and the quality of final flour and shared some exquisite and typical Italian dinning and entertainment. Guests came from all over the world - from Argentina to Mexico and the USA and Canada; from Indonesia, the Thailand to India and China and Taiwan; From South Africa to Kenya and Egypt and not to overlook the European guests from the UK to the Ukraine.
