This covers expansion in additional online shopping capability for
merchant traders; the use of tablets for CRM reporting for Agri sales, mobile
technology to enable online self-service for suppliers and customers, as well
as further upgrades in the areas of Grain Intake & Mill Management, Milk
Collections & Payments and Retail Sales & Distribution.
With the need for more process efficiency in mill management, the expected
change in milk quotas in 2015 and the continued requirement for efficiencies
across POS & distribution within the Co-Op sector, CORE have initiated a
programme of extensive work with customers to prepare for these changes.
Increase to Service & Development Teams
This
customer expansion has provided new opportunities at CORE and will lead to a
direct increase in the hire of development and technical services personnel in
the areas of Oracle tools development, database administrators and quality assurance
and testing.
