26/03/2015: IDMA 2015 - Bühler demonstrates processing expertise

Bühler Group will be prominently on display at the IDMA technology trade show in Istanbul, Turkey from April 23 - 26, 2015. The Group will be showcasing the entire range of its processing expertise in its approximately 600 m2 booth (B-17) in Hall 2. Under the motto, "One step ahead in processing grains to food", Bühler will present various new or improved machinery and plants to attendees.

Besides the Dolomit and Antares roller-mills, Bühler will be demonstrating the innovative Seginus plansifter. With a unique seamless synchronous processing set-up, this plansifter requires minimum space while maintaining top sanitation and enables flexible sifting and sorting of flour and semolina at a throughput capacity of up to 20 percent more.

Bühler will also showcase its sorting skills with the Sortex A series color sorter boasting sophisticated and multifaceted sorting functions. In addition, Bühler will also display the newly developed destoner, Combistoner, the latest generation of the MYFE moisture control unit and the MOZH water proportioning unit as well as the multipurpose automatic Bühler bagging line for free flowing and non-free flowing products.

Finally, the new Matador impact machine for reliably destroying insect eggs in flour and semolina; three measuring systems for continuous particle size measurement (Online, PSM and MYTA); the NIR Multi-Online Analyzer for determining moisture, protein, ash and starch damage (MYRG); and the MYHB sensor for color and speck analysis will all be on display at the Bühler trade show booth at IDMA 2015.
