Yemtar celebrates 41 years of partnership and innovation in the feed industry

Yemtar, a company which provides turnkey feed mills and feed machinery to more than 44 countries in four continents, is celebrating its 41st year.

Yemtar brought many innovations to Turkey's feed industry such as the world's first 1200 hammer mill, Turkey's first gear driven pellet press, Turkey's first die slow rotation system, and Turkey's first organic fertiliser mixer.

Having the first R&D Centre in Turkey's feed industry, Yemtar has developed R&D projects under 185 titles for the feed industry. It continues to serve the feed industry with the slogan of limitless solutions as it has done since 1980.

Turkey's first gear driven pellet press
Yemtar produced Turkey's first gear driven pellet press and brought it to the sector. The gear driven pellet press, which was put on sale after successfully completing the tests that lasted for about five years, continues to attract attention in Turkey and many countries.

Emphasising that they value innovation and development, Yemtar continues to develop gear driven pellet press technology and have stated they will bring new projects to the sector in the near future.

Some of the brought about by Industry 4.0 make it necessary to adapt the new and innovative. Innovation has always been needed to minimise the challenges that may be encountered in the feed industry.

Yemtar showed that it is possible to overcome many difficulties encountered in the feed industry with innovation with its new project 'Smart Feed Mill Container Plant'. Yemtar's smart feed mill container plant, prioritises easier production and facility installation in a shorter time. This innovative project shows that the factory and machinery can now be controlled even from mobile phones with the remote control system.
