The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) has opened registration for the 2022 Liquid Feed Symposium, being held September 7-9, in New Orleans, La. This event is focused on the current issues, growth, education and development of the liquid supplement industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to various highly regarded speakers and learn about topics like dry and liquid ingredient forecasts, renewable fuel sources, industry sustainability and other current issues impacting the industry.
'We are excited to welcome back liquid feed colleagues to LFS 2022,' says Paul Davis, Ph.D., AFIA's director of quality, animal food safety and education. 'Attendees this year will visit with old and new friends, hear the latest on why beef is in the 'hot seat' in climate conversations, stroll around in the 'Big Easy' and much, much more.'
Hosted by AFIA's Liquid Feed Committee, the Liquid Feed Symposium educates and promotes all segments of the industry including manufacturers, nutritionists, equipment manufacturers, sales and marketing. It is the largest annual gathering of liquid supplement industry leaders in the country and features a tradeshow of approximately 20 exhibiting companies.
In addition, the AFIA inducts a leader in the liquid feed industry into the Liquid Feed Hall of Fame each year at the symposium. The Liquid Feed Hall of Fame recognises individuals who have made significant contributions to the science and growth of the liquid feed industry.
Early-bird registration ends July 6. More information on the Liquid Feed Symposium, including registration, the agenda, location information can be found on the event's website, HERE.
