February 15, 2024 - Adisseo, since its inception, has been committed to research and innovation. Over the past decades, it has achieved remarkable success through its robust liquid source of methionine technology and other high-value solutions such as protected methionine, feed enzymes, vitamin A formulation, and selenium-based methionine.
Adisseo is dedicated to having a long-term implication in research and is fully involved in finding sustainable and meaningful innovations in the animal nutrition and health fields. To do so, their vision 'Innovation, The Adisseo Way' has 3 pillars that guide their activities:
- Setting high standards to themselves: Adisseo is committed to setting high standards for itself in all aspects of its operations. This includes product quality, market innovation, and sustainability, among others.
- Bringing innovations backed-up by science: Adisseo is dedicated to bringing innovative solutions to the animal nutrition industry that are backed up by science. We invest heavily in research and development to ensure that our products and services are at the forefront of the industry.
- Together, driving extensively science and technology: Adisseo believes in the power of collaboration and partnerships to drive innovation and progress in the animal nutrition industry.
Adisseo's Research and Innovation (R&I) team has undergone a remarkable transformation. In just a decade, we've expanded from 30 people primarily in France to nearly 300 experts worldwide. Our team now encompasses diverse domains, including analytical science, biotechnology, process chemistry, engineering, formulation (including encapsulation), and animal nutrition. R&I has a global presence with:
- 2 large research platforms: one in China and the newly inaugurated site in Saint Fons, France.
- 2 internal research stations for mono gastric (France) and for aqua (Singapore).
- 2 transversal structures with the Applied Nutrition & Feed Technology department and the Innov'lab
Adisseo collaborates extensively across functions and borders to drive innovation. Leveraging partnerships with customers, research organisations, and strategic allies, their R&I team optimises assets and methodologies for accelerated progress.
