The Hot Lock Bag® is the ideal solution for packaging goods under strict hygiene standards. This is particularly the case for food, chemicals and pharmaceutical products. Produced under strict hygienic conditions, this open-mouth bag combines functional features for easy closure, reliable storage and convenient opening.
How does it work?
During bag production a strip of hot melt is applied to the top opening of the open-mouth bag. After the bag is filled, the hot melt is heated up, which activates its adhesive properties, thus enabling clean and easy closure.
This solution does not rely on a sewn closure or adhesive tape and therefore helps guarantee hygiene standards.
