Register now for the ninth session of the Online Milling School

The Online Milling School has attracted great attention since its inception, as it enables participation from different countries around the world. The course provides the opportunity to directly communicate with the people who have spent years in the sector.

The Online Milling School is held in cooperation with Milling and Grain and Progressus Agrischools, taking place every Wednesday at 14:00 (GMT+7). Founded in 1891, as it is its mission since it started, Milling and Grain has been working to help industry stakeholders improve themselves in the light of scientific data and to solve their current problems.

Broadcasting in six languages, Milling and Grain provides instant data flow with a total of 12 offices located on all continents throughout the world, ensuring that the industry stakeholders are instantly informed of the developments around the world.

The eighth session of the Online Milling School seminars series, which took place last was focused on 'Connected Process Equipment'. Ryan Alan S.Celis, Olaf Naehrig and Diego Clivio, who have given years to the sector, again tried to bring a different perspective with the moderation of Yiannis Christodoulou from Progressus Agrischools and the presentation and management of Perendale Publishers Ltd's (Milling and Grain), Roger Gilbert.

Tomorrow will be the 9th session of the Online Milling School, which will be held at the same time, and is focused on, "Quality Assurance and Quality Control". In this session, standards of quality assurance and quality control procedures that ensure standard product quality and safety will be reviewed. Written procedures, records and inspections that should also be required for this will be mentioned. The importance and usability of test equipment, recent developments in laboratory equipment and laboratory procedures that support the standard delivery of quality feed will be emphasised. Traceability, product recall procedures, and perhaps blockchain requirements will be outlined.
