Military delegations of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and United Nations delegates are meeting in Istanbul today to discuss the evacuation of grain that is currently waiting in Ukrainian ports, as well as establishing a safe corridor.
The Turkish Minister of National Defence, Hulusi Akar, stated that he is currently in contact with Russian Defence Minister Sergey Soygu and Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov, to create a solution for the food crisis. He also stated that a Red Line has been established between Turkey, Russia and Ukraine to enable direct contact.
During the meeting which will be held later today, issues related to the route of ships loaded with grain and security will also be discussed.
