SIMEZA innovations in grain storage systems planned for 2023

SIMEZA has worked on the automation of all grain storage management and 360-degree solutions for its clients. Through the same software they can determine the humidity, temperature and level of grain in the entire installation, divided by silos. With this data, they can automate the venting or filling/emptying process, which allows them to have a higher performance and minimise losses as much as possible.

In this sense, Pablo García, Chief Sales Manager of SIMEZA, points out that the technical team is constantly looking for points of improvement in its statics, optimising each of its components to offer more stability and durability against any weather inclement, both external and internal.

SIMEZA has adopted technology to improve performance and productivity. In 2022, the company has modernised and automated the manufacturing process of the sheets, covers and reinforcements that make up the silos, with the acquisition of state-of-the-art technology for the sheet metal cutting, punching and folding processes.

More recently, they have purchased a complete cutting line, allowing them to be self-sufficient throughout the entire process. All of this, together with the management software and analysis of the processes of this technology, allows them to spectacularly optimise the cost and manufacturing times, something that in the end translates into better prices for the customer, without reducing the quality of the product.
