The final program of the International Symposium on Dairy Cattle Nutrition, to be held November 17, 2011 in Wageningen, The Netherlands is now available online. During the symposium, eight acknowledged experts from various countries will present their view on the subject of "Nutrition and fat metabolism in dairy cattle".
The symposium is divided in three consecutive sessions:
1) From feed fatty acids to milk fatty acids
2) Fatty acids and gene expression
3) Fat metabolism in early lactation
The symposium is organised by the Netherlands Centre for Animal Nutrition, in which the expertise on animal nutrition of the Animal Sciences Group of Wageningen UR and Utrecht University has been gathered. Read more ...
