The contract which runs from 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2023 has been awarded to KIWA following a lengthy tender process which involved AIC staff and TASCC Working Group members interviewing four organisations.

"All certification bodies demonstrated comprehensive levels of "added value", however, Kiwa was the most aligned to the TASCC requirements, especially in the areas of new innovation," said Garry Rudd, TASCC Technical Manager. "We look forward to delivering additional value to all TASCC participants through innovations to be launched in the near future. Feed and food safety, both in the UK and overseas has never been more important. AIC will continue developing TASCC to meet any new market requirements that arise."
