Mark Cornwell has joined Perendale Publishers as equal partner and managing director of its North American operations for Perendale Publishers' re-branded magazine MILLING AND GRAIN and it's additional resources.
He will be working from his office in Kansas City. Mark will be an invaluable asset as Grain and Feed Milling Technology magazine drives forward from six issues per year to 12 and enters a new dawn under the title Milling and Grain; your global friend and partner for all things milling, grain storage and handling. Mark comes to Perendale from World Grain.
"Indicative of the company’s desire to keep up-to-date and ahead of the game in all aspects of milling, Mark’s appointment adds a strong, international dimension to Milling and Grain Magazine. Mark will be leading the way in communicating with our US readers and advertisers, furthering Perendale’s long-standing ambition to bring our industry together on a global level," says Perendale Publisher's CEO Roger Gilbert.
Joining Mark on this new venture will be his wife Martha. The couple, known to many in the industry for their warm-hearted nature and incisive industry knowledge, will see Martha continuing to bring her knowledge and passion to the table.
Commenting on his new appointment Mark added, “With the re-branding of GFMT underway, this is an exciting time to have joined the team at Perendale, as partner and managing director. I anticipate fresh challenges and a lot of fun over the coming months. The drive and determination of the international sales and editorial team is a sentiment I share myself.
"I look forward to taking this venture to the next level and the resources Roger Gilbert has offered along with the investment he has made, is incredible! For our loyal readers, we thank you and will continue to provide a valuable service. For our advertisers, we are thrilled to open up new markets and to better introduce you to prospective customers than ever before," he adds.
