For
the third year in a row, the US Poultry & Egg Association is hosting the
education program, “Seminario Técnico para Maximizar la Eficiencia de la
Industria Avícola” (Technical Seminar for Maximising the Efficiency of the
Poultry Industry), during the International Production & Processing Expo
(IPPE). The seminar will be conducted entirely in Spanish.
Seminario Técnico para Maximizar la Eficiencia de la Industria Avícola is a
full-day program that will be held from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 30,
2017.
The cost is $150 for all registered IPPE attendees. This year’s program will feature a variety of topics, including Antibiotic Free Broiler Production; Animal Welfare as a Sustainability and Good Business Tool; Mocotoxin Damage Control on Egg Layers; Gumboro Disease Control; Nutritional Plans for Optimum Broiler Productivity; Sanitation Programs for Hatcheries; Yield Optimisation in Processing Plants; Motivating Processing Plant Employees and Growout Factors That Influence Processing and Carcass Management.
IPPE, the world's largest annual poultry, feed and meat industry trade show, will be held Jan. 31 – Feb. 2, 2017.
IPPE is a collaboration of three trade shows, the International Feed Expo, International Poultry Expo and International Meat Expo, representing the entire chain of protein production and processing.
The event is sponsored by the US Poultry & Egg Association, American Feed Industry Association and the North American Meat Institute.
