Each year the JTIC welcomes more
than 2000 participants over 2 days. Professionals in the Wheat-Flour-Bread
sector come from all over the world to this unmissable event in Reims to
discover what France and Europe has to offer in terms of equipment,
ingredients, products, services and training.
On the agenda of this 65th meeting: 4
plenary conferences, an exhibition covering 2500 m², an exceptional gala
evening and numerous activities.
JTIC, a forum for innovation
Gathered in one place for two days, cereal
industry suppliers, students and researchers present their latest innovations
and applications for seed producers, storage agencies, millers and manufacturers
of bread and pastries.
The workshops and posters provide a means of
dynamic, interactive communication with industry professionals. The topics are
selected by a technical and scientific committee according to their innovative
character and applicability to the cereal industry.
Located
at the very heart of the exhibition, the posters make the results of the studies
and research more accessible. They can be viewed throughout the day during the
trade show and will then be published in Industries
des Céréales.
Open to industrialists as well as students, the workshops welcome JTIC visitors for 30-minute information sessions during which the innovative products and services developed especially for them are presented.
Students are also pro-active and can take part in the Young Talents Challenge. A real hive of ideas, EIMIC partner schools present original concepts in terms of recipes, processes, packaging communication tools, etc. In teams, the students are available throughout the event to present their projects in the form of posters and at workshops. AN OPPORTUNITY NOT TO BE MISSED!

AEMIC, an association dedicated to the industry
Created in 1925 by alumni of the French school of milling, AEMIC now has
over 3000 members from all professions in the cereal industry. The aim of the
association is to bring together students and professionals, job seekers and
recruiters, clients and suppliers.
The primary activity of the association is to promote employment
opportunities for students by proposing work experience and junior positions
when they leave school. It also follows its members throughout their careers
and facilitates professional mobility. Thanks to a placement / recruitment
service exclusively for members of the association, AEMIC has become the
privileged partner of companies in the sector for the recruitment of qualified
staff, millers, bakers, R&D engineers, project managers, quality
specialists, production managers...
