The GRAPAS International 2015 trade show and conference in Köln, Germany from 9th – 11th June 2015 is set to be the biggest yet. Already many major international companies have signed up.
Millers will come from all over the world to join senior colleagues in viewing the many specialist exhibits that will be on display at this ever-growing trade show.
Co-located with the FIAAP & VICTAM International exhibitions, the event will comprise approximately 250 international exhibitors. The GRAPAS exhibits will contain the very latest technology used in flour and rice mills and grain processing plants. Also on display will be a wide range of auxiliary equipment and systems such as silos, conveyors, cooler/dryers, magnetics, etc.
The Global Milling Conference with GRAPAS 2015 is set for June 11th, the last day of the three-day GRAPAS exhibition.
The programme will be offered in three parts in order to allow delegates to attend the GRAPAS exhibition as well. However, the focus will be on attending a full-day programme that will offer sessions from Food Safety/Quality Control to Nutrition/Milling Technology to Markets/Storage & Handling.
The full programme and information on registration will be available from January 5, 2015 HERE. The full-day conference will cost €75/registration and include two coffee breaks (lunch is on the delegate’s own account) while individual sessions will be offered at €30/each. Hotel accommodation will also be available to book via the above link, along with further links to flight details.
Grain and Feed Milling Technology magazine - which will be re-branded ‘Milling and Grain’ from January 2015 - is hosting The Global Milling/GRAPAS Conference in Europe for the first time. Roger Gilbert of Grain and Feed Milling Technology said that it is important to engage with millers directly, and attendance at both the exhibition and the conference is a sure way to achieve this.
AgriMedia of Germany, published by Erling Verlag GmbH of Clenze, is partnering Grain and Feed Milling Technology in hosting the conference.
AgriMedia, with its many connections with millers across Europe – including flour and rice millers – will also contribute in terms of programme development, identifying speakers and topics and promoting the event throughout Europe.
“We are very happy to welcome Dr Peter Erling, managing director of Erling Verlag and his team in joining us in this development,” says Roger Gilbert, publisher of GFMT magazine and organiser of the conference.
“Having Peter with us will ensure we offer a meaningful program for European millers in particular and that the speakers are of a calibre to attract millers from their mills to Köln in early June next year and Peter can assist us.”
If you would like to submit a topic and speaker for consideration for inclusion in the programme please contact Roger Gilbert at: rogerg@perendale.co.uk
Once again there will be a GRAPAS Award. This will be awarded in recognition of the most innovative development for millers on display in the exhibition halls.
