stories of 2012. Although the weather has improved recently, the country

grain barges in the Mississippi are only being half loaded due to low
water levels in the river. In this video, first broadcast on the Fox News Channel, Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack talks about the challenges the country faces following the drought.
