Feed mill gets solar power system

A feed mill is being run on solar power, with more than 11,000 solar panels to be installed at two sites this will become one of the biggest commercially-owned solar power system in the eastern United States. “Using solar power means we’ll have a clean energy source that doesn’t pollute or create greenhouse gases, while lowering Perdue’s energy costs over the life of the project,” Perdue said in a statement.
