Kansas State University announced a short course ti be held on 7 -10 November in Manhatten "Establishing a HACCP Program for the Feed Industry". Its is an interactive course that will focus on the development of a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan. THis will be important to all sectors of the feed industry, including feed mill manager, quality assurance personnel and ingredient suppliers.
Registration deadline is October 28, 2011. Course size is limited to 30 participants, therefore, early registration is recommended. The US$475 (€333.2) course fee includes all handouts, breakfasts, lunches, refreshments and one dinner.
