The Agricultural Ministry in Russia is planning to stock-pile grain, the idea is that the government will buy the grain and store it, and when the farmer needs to buy it back he can for the same price he sold it for. A novel way to support the market, however farmers would have to pay for storage of the grain if they buy it back. The government will select 120 grain silo's in regions that are grain producing.
